  • Received the “Presidential Service Award” for credit work performed on a large foreign market leasing transaction. This was Telogy’s most prestigious accolade. 
  • Multiple “Employee of the Month” award winner.
  • Reduced fraud charges nearly 100% by implementing a credit card verification process using the BIN number lookup.      
  • Reduced outstanding aging receivables balance by over 80% in six months.
  • Worked with the IT team to develop and implement an innovative global credit screen that provided users with immediate credit exposure detail. This application reduced turn around time on credit reviews by 30%.
  • Trained entire credit staff in the use of a new credit decision support software that saved up to 50% on monthly service charges.
  • Spearheaded the process for the credit group to enter all credit information into our web-based system. Automating the company's 1,500+ customer credit database eliminated paper files, loss documents, duplication of effort, and increased department efficiency. As a result the credit /collection staff saved time and the company saved money.
  • Eliminated 95% of paperwork and manual input effort by implementing the company's first-ever web-based process for charging credit cards automatically.  Automated credit card charge billing process.
  • Reduced over 90 day column to 5.5%, during sales increase of 14%.  During this period company DSO numbers in the 60+ day column went from – 61 to 41 and the 90+ day column went from – 60 to  42.
